Our club was founded in the 1960s and has been flourishing for over fifty years.
Our six courts (four Macadam and two Gran Lano clay) were last laid during 2012.
The clubhouse was opened in 2011 and has changing rooms, kitchen, bar and a large social area with tables and chairs and sofas.
As a ‘community amateur sports club’ we are affiliated to the Surrey and national Lawn Tennis Associations and run by the members through an elected committee.
There are approximately 130 adult members. We have social ‘turn up and play’ sessions six times a week. Our teams play in local leagues. Every year we have an annual club tournament including veterans’ cups. We offer a good range of social events.
We have a professional coach, supported by assistant coaches, and offer coaching from introductory level to county standard. The junior programme is extensive.
Membership fees cover the use of courts and tennis balls (new balls are provided three times a week). There is no joining fee.
We are easy to get to and have our own car park.
